Operations Associate
Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking an Operations Associate to join their NYC team.
The hours are 8:
30am-5:
30pm (need to be flexible to respond after hours) and this role is hybrid with Tuesday-Thursday in the office and Monday and Friday remote.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to several teams under the CFO Schedule meetings and coordinate details for the team Set up wire transfers Create new bank accounts and handle all details Work in Excel on accounting items Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required 5
years of experience Background in accounting and demonstrated experience managing a budget Proficiency in Excel (budgeting, pivot tables) Experience working for a team and/or on a trading floor Strong client facing skills Compensation/
Benefits:
Up to $130K base depending on experience
