You willDevelop and oversee the implementation of advanced data observability frameworks to ensure comprehensive monitoring and analysis of data systems.
Mentor and guide data engineering teams in the adoption and integration of observability practices.
Create sophisticated metrics and dashboards to monitor and report on data system performance, reliability, and integrity.
Lead investigations into data incidents, providing expert analysis and recommendations for systemic improvements.
Engage with key clients to assess their data needs and design customized observability strategies that align with their business objectives.
Champion the adoption of new observability technologies and methodologies, setting the standard for industry best practices.
You haveBachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with a preference for additional certifications in data management.
At least 7 years of experience in a data observability leadership role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Expert knowledge of data pipeline architectures, data warehousing, big data technologies, and cloud services.
Mastery of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk, with the ability to customize and extend their functionality.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
