Head of Digital Enablement, Middle MarketNew York, NY I Boston, MA I Hartford, CT I Stamford, CT I Exton, PA I USAIn this newly established role at AXA XL, our Head of Americas Digital Enablement will focus on setting the Middle Market s future state technology vision, roadmap, and driving a digital transformation across the function, with the goal to eventually drive digital transformation across the region.
This role will craft our target state digital strategy with a focus on client needs and empowering our business teams to exceed client expectations.
The role will also oversee the implementation of a cloud-based policy admin system, digital initiatives, collaborating across functions to ensure successful delivery and adoption of these strategic programs.
The Head of Americas Digital Enablement will report to Head of Strategy & Operations, Middle Market and is empowered to drive transformational change in the organization.
DISCOVER your opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include?Accountable for overall delivery of the digital strategy aligned with growth aspirations and business needsAccountable for the delivery of a modern policy administration platform across core lines of business across rate, quote, bind, and issuance and delivery of assessment of compatibility across business units/products in Middle MarketOversees relationships with technology vendors, integration partners, consultants, etc.
to drive execution of digital transformationEstablishes key performance indicators and milestones to track progress and effectiveness of program(s).
Effectively communicates strategies and timelines with key stakeholders Owns the overall roadmap for the digital transformation and report to leadership regarding the planning, functional and technical conflicts and interdependenciesAccountability & deliverablesOwns the regional digital transformation end to endResponsible for maximizing business value of the end-to-end digital transformationAligns with cross functional teams to ensure the digital transformation vision is maintained and translated in suitable solutionsMaintains responsibility for all final digital transformation deliverables Monitors product outputs to ensure it aligns to the digital transformation vision Shared accountability (with functional leads) to successfully enable implementation of the product in regionYou will report to the Head of Strategy & Operations, US Middle Market.

Significant IT and business/industry work experience, including experience in managing multiple, large, cross functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.
Excellent communications skills which are adapted to different audiences and can effectively drive consensus within the delivery team(s)Ability to articulate problems, create solutions, and present analysis with proper detail and rigor for the target audienceAdept at vendor management, both commercially and interpersonally, with a clear understanding of Staff Aug, Managed Services, and Managed Outcome commercial modelsThought leader in implementing best practices with experience leading teams through changeAbility to design product strategy and roadmapAbility to measure the success of the product KPIs identification and trackingAdvanced experience / capability in Financial forecasting and business case justificationExperience in planning and executing multiple complex, large scale initiatives or operational areas.
Proven planning and organization skills, creating own work schedules, prioritizing workload, preparing in advance and setting realistic timescalesAdaptable to new/different strategies, programs, technologies, practices, cultures, etc.
Comfortable with change, able to easily make transitions.

Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual s skills, experience, and location.
