The product management team is pivotal in defining product strategy, capabilities and requirements to deliver successful capabilities that surprise and delight our users.
The Director, Product Management understands the business challenges, defines a product roadmap, and builds the right features, driving go-to-market, and generating adoption across our users, agencies and clients.
Responsibilities:
Understand the critical problems and pain points our users have to perform their important tasks and activitiesPrioritize development that aligns with delivering the most value vs the investment required.
Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects across market/sales needs, user requirements, engineering/platform tech debt.
Manage the development of detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation required to translate business needs into product featuresDevelop, define and maintain product roadmapPrioritize product backlog and ensure user stories are groomed ahead of sprint planningParticipate in Agile scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectivesTrack team velocity and deliver new features every two weeks.
Communicate progress or blockers to managementPartner with UI/UX team to improve product usability and experienceDetermine positioning, messaging, and product sales approachCommunicate product updates and roadmap to stakeholders, executives, and users at a regular cadencePartner with Product Marketing to develop product documentation, training content, and sales materialsQualifications7
years of related work experience3
years of experience with reporting especially valuable is experience within media measurement.
Working knowledge of data programming languages such as SQL.
A background in software development is valuable.
Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements to support technical product development.
Hands-on experience to articulate technical requirements to data engineering and software development teams.
Work with UX to define wires/clickable prototypes that convey the product experience we are creating for our users.
Practical experience in scrum-based Agile development methodology working with JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.

Compensation Range:
$130,000 - $204,500 annually.
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
