Director, Product Delivery & Integration , GCST CPD will be responsible for cross platform delivery of highly complex enterprise top priorities where end-to end project/program management is required to coordinate across product and engineering teams.
The successful candidate will partner with technical and product colleagues to provide the end to end management of large scale initiatives, driving value for the Commercial business and delivering innovation and technical excellence.
Key
Responsibilities:
Lead program/project teams and ensure delivery of business solutions across multiple tech platforms to meet business needs and requirements.
Partners and collaborates with Product Management, Technology Leaders, and teams to understand the intended outcome of the program, manage delivery, andcommunicate program updates.
Responsible for portfolio, large programs, or logical grouping of projects (for example, by line-of-business, platform, or region)Manage a methodology driven quality plan in terms of deliverables, cost, scope, and schedule.
Provide strategic and delivery direction for technology and business teams.
Coordinates and reviews portfolio s end to end delivery plans.
Actively participate in long-range strategy planning to address complex business issues.
Supports and guides the development process, collaborating effectively across multiple cross-functional teams to skillfully execute on deliverables in a timelymanner.
Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and serves as the primary point of contact from project/program inception to delivery.
Act as a primary liaison between Technology and the Business.
Work closely with cross-functional Program Managers and/or Lead Project Managers, anticipating delivery issues and providing direction on development efforts.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Business partners, ensuring regular communication of delivery progress.
Promotes continuous improvement in Technology end to end delivery processes to drive overall improvements.
Actively engages in resourcing processes to ensure organization agility.
Facilitates the engagement of end-to-end delivery and/or support teams, negotiating where necessary to resolve any resourcing conflicts that may arise.

Actively participate in the Investment decisioning process, by ensuring provision of information concerning specific business opportunities where technology can enhance the value of business.
Qualifications:
Understanding of the technical platforms and architectural integrations.
Knowledge of technical integration to ensure solution alignment across platforms and risk mitigation.
Champion of Lean-Agile practices and mindset by encouraging and supporting enterprise Agile maturity progression.

Key Skills:
Experience driving large scale Product & Technology delivery.
Requires prior management, supervisory experience.
Emotional intelligence and effective stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated experience with system architecture, design & integration as well as business knowledge in multiple disciplines.
Education/
Experience:
Prior relevant professional work experience including product and technology software development and project management experience.
Bachelor s Degree in related field required.
Proven track record of leading multiple portfolios/programs/projects at a time with a demonstrated skill and maturity of integrating software and end to end delivery across the Enterprise.
Experience in people leadership including coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution.
Additional Agile certifications a plus.
QualificationsSalary Range:
$145,000.
