Demonstrates intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success in complex tax issues faced by non-publicly traded companies and day-to-day compliance and consulting for a variety of entities by:
Utilizing technical skills with ASC740;Identifying and addressing client needs;Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement;Communicating value propositions;Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials;Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust, seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback;Leading as a business advisor, including developing new relationships, making introductions to sell new services and doing so with a One Firm service mindset;Demonstrating familiarity with a CRM system;Demonstrating knowledge of automation & digitization;Innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions;Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools to provide insights to clients;Utilizing digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements; and,Advance pricing strategy through the use of pricing tools and influence a shift to alternative fee arrangements.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
