Media Excel (MX) is Horizon s newly launched, principal-based buying group which is an independent division of Horizon.

What You ll DoOversee MX buying & investment across multiple media channels including CTV, Social, Linear, Audio, etc - 30%Negotiate principal-based deals with networks, publishers & platforms 20%Help establish best practices and ideal workflow across a newly formed group in areas like buy maintenance, stewardship & billing 20%Package & present MX opportunities to internal agency teams, existing clients and prospective clients 10%Oversee Director s/supervisor s/buyer s duties in packaging, negotiating, presenting and maintaining accounts within group 10%Train, direct and manage assistant and lean buying staff that works on MX clients 5%Maintain knowledge and understanding of industry trends and new technologies that effect the buying discipline 5%Who You AreA self starter with an entrepreneurial spiritA strong team leader with people management skillsA calculated risk taker with the foresight to understand implicationsComfortable providing and receiving constructive feedback and opportunities for growthConfident in navigating conversations with senior leadership internally and externallyWell versed in communicating with and presenting to clients regularlyAble to thrive under pressure, driving success in deadline driven environmentsProcess and detail oriented with the ability to pivot and embrace changeAn advocate for and supporter of Diversity, Equity and InclusionPreferred Skills & Experience10

00 - $200,000.
00A successful applicant s actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
