Lead Enterprise Software Engineer - Salesforce

Wolters Kluwer CT Corporation (CT) is looking for a Lead Software Engineer, Salesforce to join CT Corp in the New York Office.
The position is remote.
The Salesforce Technical Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce capabilities and configured/custom solutions tailored to our business needs.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce platform (CRM, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud), strong technical skills in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning to extend and enhance the out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities.
This role will serve as a point of escalation for technical issues as well as provide technical and functional direction to an Agile software development team.
Location/Office:
The position is remote but requires occasional travel to our NYC office.
Strong preference for the East Coast/EST and/or CST time zone.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to salesforce capabilities (CRM, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud)Write functional, technical, and architecture specifications and diagrams for feature enhancements and integrationsLead Proofs of Concept and technical solutioningDesign, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions working with architecture and other disciplinesServe as a technical resource for developers, product owners, and other program leadership in an agile modelProvide technical expertise and guidance to support ongoing Salesforce enhancements and improvementsDevelop and maintain Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components to extend Salesforce functionalityTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system errors, ensuring minimal disruption to business operationsDemo/train end-users and stakeholders on Salesforce functionalities and processes as neededGuide, document, and review the development of code and configuration as required for complex and cross-functional feature enhancements and integration pointsEnsure that all solutions comply with industry best practices and Salesforce standards for security, data privacy, and governanceProvide technical leadership and coordination with onsite and offshore software engineers, resolving challenges, and ensuring alignment with release/sprint goalsManage and mentor junior team members
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in computers science , engineering or equivalent degreeMinimum of 10 years of experience in software development with a programming backgroundMinimum of 6 years of experience with Salesforce platform capabilities (CRM, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud) and custom developmentMinimum of 4 years of experience as a technical leadProficiency in the Salesforce platform with experience in implementing in a major organizationExtensive hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce capabilities using Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Platform events, and Lightning ComponentsExperience with Salesforce.
