Summary:
The View is seeking an Office Production Associate to join our dynamic team.
As the Office Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of the production process.
Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from office and administrative duties to assisting with special events and field shoots.
You will work closely with multiple departments and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the show.
This role reports to the Operations Team.
What You Will Do:
Attend to office needs:
greet guests, manage phone calls, and maintain paperwork and supplies.
Assists Operations team in facilitating a smooth flow of communication and production information to the staff and crew.
Support interns:
interview, onboard, and supervise college interns.
Coordinate catering for crew and greenroom.
Support stills team:
research, select, and clear photos for segments.
Manage giveaways:
distribute goods, handle tax paperwork, and ship prizes.
Assist talent department with guest needs:
greeting, dressing rooms, and gift bags.
Support production:
assist with logistics, scheduling, pitches and research Handle social media tasks:
cut segments, create thumbnails, and prepare research packets.
Assist with integrated marketing segments:
organize materials, assist during rehearsals, and handle paperwork.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Canva, INews, and Snapstream.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter who undertakes a project without needing to be told or encourage to do so.
Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends.
Keen interest in production management.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
