Luxury Residential InteriorsAre you an experienced Estimator with a passion for high-end luxury residential construction? Then this could be the opportunity for you! My client are a leading General Contractor based in the heart of NYC, specializing in bespoke renovations for luxury apartments, townhouses, condos, penthouses, and upscale commercial spaces, including high-end lobbies. They are currently seeking a talented individual to join the team as an Estimator and work on some of the most prestigious projects in NYC!Role
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams to prepare accurate cost estimates for high-end luxury residential and commercial projects. Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements and scope. Conduct thorough material take-offs and labor assessments to ensure comprehensive project pricing. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals to secure competitive pricing. Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, budgets, and proposals for client review and approval. Candidate Requirements:
5
years of experience as an Estimator in high-end luxury residential construction, with a focus on NYC projects. Proficiency in construction estimating software and MS Office suite. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lead projects.
