EQUAL EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST with Security Clearance

Summary You will serve as a EQUAL EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST in the EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY OFFICE of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMANDDutieso You will provide comprehensive EEO counseling to determine potential informal and formal EEO complaints.
o You will track program complaints, prepare formal correspondence and meet reporting requirements.
o You will analyze complaints to determine if allegations meet EEO regulations.
o You will write acceptance/dismissal decisions and other correspondence.
o You will apply and interpret EEO laws, regulations, executive orders, court decisions and case precedent related to the Federal Equal Opportunity Employment ProgramRequirements Conditions of Employmento Must be a US Citizen.
o Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
o Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
