Global Product Manager Trainee

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
o Learn about the complete lifecycle management of a product, from conducting thorough market research and requirement analysis to product planning, design, development, testing, successful product launch, and seamless operation, under the guidance of product managers.o Participate in cross-functional team collaborations, understand the roles and responsibilities of different teams, and learn how to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members from different cultural backgrounds.o Conduct market research, including customer interviews, surveys, and data analysis, to identify customer needs and preferences in different regions and cultures.o Assist in product planning and development, including product design, technical architecture, and quality assurance.o Collect user feedback and analyze data, assist product managers in product optimization and iteration.o Learn about product marketing and user training, improve user engagement and satisfaction.o Participate in the company's international product strategy formulation and business expansion, understand the company's strategic planning, and market competition in different regions.o Willingness to travel frequently and potentially relocate for international assignments. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
o Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information management, marketing, business administration, or related fields. Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant work experience are welcome to apply.o Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and understand customer needs effectively.o Familiarity with product design and development processes and knowledge of agile development methodologies and project management tools.o Exhibit exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.o Display strong learning and adaptability skills, and willingness to learn new technologies and skills.o Display a keen interest in the international product management field.o Possess permanent residency in the country of employment.o Willingness to travel frequently and potentially relocate for international assignments.
