Knowledge of diamonds, precious stones, semi-precious stones, and jewelry manufacturing Strong interpersonal and communication skills Problem-solving skills showing initiative and follow-through High standard of workmanship with experience in gold, platinum, and precious metals Ability to check the quality of jewelry and obtain data from advanced gemological equipment Provide support to the team and department supervisor Handle all aspects of processing and quality control including analyzing, evaluating, and assessing the quality of incoming jewelry Uphold and promote the accuracy, consistency and quality of standards and methodologies Able to work using microscope to inspect pieces Must be able to handle a fast paced environment Must be willing to learn Skills Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills Great attention to detail Required Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
