Customer Experience Associate

The Customer Experience Associate will be a key part of the Marketing team and will be responsible for ensuring a successful customer fulfillment experience. This role will report closely to the Marketing Manager to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and have exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities Manage customer communications and order processes via Email Inbox, Live Chat, and social media. Conduct proactive outreach to customers to ensure a successful overall experience. Take a service and solution-oriented approach to all interactions, using strong judgment to balance company goals with ensuring an overall positive outcome and resolution for the customer Respond to inbound customer inquiries and resolve any issues with customer orders. Manage daily questions and reviews on our Yotpo / social media platforms. Identify opportunities and drive solutions to improve the customer experience and enable efficiencies. Become a subject matter expert on our products. By understanding the product collections and assisting Marketing Director/Manager on any product/merchandise Shopify - blue cherry-related tasks. Work closely with our Operations team to share relevant information, identify potential issues, and jointly problem-solve any customer orders-related issues. Collaborate Marketing Director /Manager on efficient communications with influencers and Brand ambassadors - orders, image recollection, and reporting. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience Bachelors degree preferred Highly organized and detail-oriented person, planner, and multi-tasker Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Utilizes good judgment and strong problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Suite - especially Excel Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo and all Social Media Platforms (specifically TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube) Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Willing to always roll-up sleeves and take on tasks to support team with a get-it-done attitude Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Communication Coordinating Customer Experience Marketing Management Merchandising Apply to this job. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
