Summary:
This individual will manage crucial HR functions from recruitment to onboarding for a Non-Union-Support-Staff at top ranked university. Submits job descriptions for Non-Union-Support-Staff (NUSS) positions using an internal website. Manages onboarding activities, including conducting references, initiating background checks, and preparing offer letters for HR approval. Schedules and coordinates onsite and ZOOM interviews for candidates with hiring managers. Completes Salesforce task list items accurately (e.g., ID badge, UNI activation, DocuSign, JLG access, and I-9). Maintains and updates organizational charts and HR logs (e.g., PAC transactions and recruitment). Contacts managers bi-weekly to approve staff timesheets and acts as a backup for Time Labor and Absence Management. Reconciles P-Card transactions related to Assistant Director purchases and adheres to finance deadlines. Submits Concur expenses, orders and tracks HR office supplies, and submits HR invoices for processing. Assists the Executive Director with administrative tasks, including calendar management and coordinating meetings and HR training events.
