The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing, logistics, and sanitation, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
Responsibilities:
Oversee Production Operations:
Manage daily production schedules, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality.
Monitor production KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance.
Manage Warehouse Operations:
Oversee inventory control, shipping and receiving, and warehouse layout optimization.
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Direct Sanitation Efforts:
Develop and implement sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Comply with all food safety and regulatory requirements.
Lead and Develop Teams:
Supervise and mentor staff in production, warehouse, and sanitation departments.
Foster a positive and productive work culture.
Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement:
Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards across all departments.
Conduct regular safety inspections and training.
Equipment Maintenance:
Oversee the maintenance and repair of production and warehouse equipment.
Schedule preventive maintenance and address equipment breakdowns promptly.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a production, warehouse, or sanitation environment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems.
Knowledge of OSHA and food safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
