Job Description:
Critical care experience IV Insertion and phlebotomy skill Conscious sedation Responsible for the care activities and goal achievements of assigned patients by assessing, diagnosing, planning and intervening in actual or potential health problems and evaluating patient's response to careResponsible health teaching and discharge planning Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with the established policies and procedures of Harlem Hospital Center Assess and monitor patients' conditions, develop care plans, and implement treatment plans Administer medications, treatments, and other medical procedures as prescribed by physicians Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and coordinate patient care Accurately document all aspects of patient care in the medical record Ensure timely and accurate reporting of patient information to the healthcare team Requirements:
