We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Long Island, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in interior renovation projects and will assist the Project Manager in coordinating all aspects of the renovation process to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Description
Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing interior renovation projects.
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality standards are met, and address any issues that arise.
Help manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
Prepare and present project updates, status reports, and documentation to clients and senior management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies.
Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or a similar role within interior renovation.
Strong understanding of interior renovation processes, materials, and construction methods.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and other relevant tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
