About Us:
We are a dynamic mid-size firm with a strong presence in Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and Venture Capital. As we expand our operations, we are excited to open a new office in New York City. We seek an experienced and outgoing Audit Manager to help our new office thrive.


Role and Responsibilities for Audit Manager:



  • Lead and manage audit engagements for our clients in the Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and Venture Capital sectors.
  • Develop and implement audit strategies to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize performance.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of audit projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Collaborate with partners and team members to deliver high-quality audit services.
  • Play a key role in building and nurturing client relationships to support business growth and retention.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on audit findings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain a high standard of service.


Qualifications for Audit Manager:



  • Proven experience in auditing within Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and Venture Capital.
  • CPA or relevant certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Outgoing and proactive personality to help the new office succeed.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.


Work Arrangement:



  • Onsite initially, with the possibility of hybrid work arrangements once the office is fully operational.

Compensation and
Benefits:



  • Competitive salary ranging from $160,000 to $200,000, commensurate with experience.
