Mixed-Use Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Superintendent Construction Manager with a specialization in commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successfully managing and overseeing all aspects of construction projects, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

Description

1. Oversee all on-site activities for ground-up construction projects.
2. Manage subcontractors and ensure that work is completed according to specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
3. Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
4. Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
6. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
7. Prepare and submit daily progress reports and other necessary documentation.
8. Ensure that all work is completed within budget and on time.
9. Foster a positive and productive work environment on the job site.

Profile

1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
2. 5
   years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up construction.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
9. OSHA certification and a strong commitment to safety.
