Facilities Assistant

Our client, a law firm located in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking to hire a Temp-to-Perm Facilities Assistant to help maintain both floors in their office. This person will be a catch all. Someone who can set up conference rooms for meetings, make coffees, stock kitchen supplies, and other small tasks to keep the office space clean and prepared for visitors at all times. This position requires someone to be in 5 days a week from 9am - 5pm.
Responsibilities:
Setting up and maintaining conference room space Stocking kitchen supplies periodically Creating a system of inventory to ensure no supplies ever run out Liaising with the mailroom employees on ordering supplies Maintaining individual offices, as well as the common areas Offering guests and internal employee's coffees, waters, and food
Qualifications:
Hospitality experience highly preferred No task too small mentality Compensation/
