The consultant will be responsible to assist the transformation of their clearing infrastructure. The client is transforming their equities clearing and stock borrow infrastructure and is looking to bring an operations consultant to guide the process.

Description

• Creating a new Stock Borrow loan workflow.
• Opening new DTCC sub-account that is linked to current DTC account.
• Opening of a Loannet account.
• Assisting in the back office migration from an internal back office platform to a third party.

Profile

• Equity Back Office experience
• 5
  years of experience working with Stock Borrow loan operations
• Working knowledge of DTC and Loannet
• Participation or leading of large scale migration projects
