What You'll Do:
Our Data, Intelligence and Discovery organization within Nexxen is looking for an experienced Director of Product Management with a strong product sense to define the vision, strategy, and next generation for our Nexxen Discovery product, a Big Data & insights platform that helps the world's largest brands make better decisions by understanding their audiences.
As a Director of Product Manager, you will be collaborating with commercial & sales by owning the product strategy and be responsible for identifying customer needs, market trends and strategic business problems, defining and driving Nexxen Discovery's vision and roadmap, and taking it to the next level.
We are looking for someone who is strategically savvy, thinks big, is passionate and self-driven with excellent communication skills within a fast-paced agile environment that requires global collaboration.
We are looking for customer-focused, relish ambiguity, have a passion for innovating to create a first-class customer experience, and can make things happen.
Please note - We have a hybrid work model with the expectation of 3 days minimum in the local office to collaborate, innovate, and celebrate.

Develop and articulate a clear product strategy and vision, aligning the product roadmap and product goals with the Company's overall goals, market trends, and customer needs Continuously monitor the market landscape, conducting competitive analysis, and staying updated on industry trends to ensure the product remains competitive while addressing evolving customer needs Effectively communicate and manage product roadmap and requirements across all stakeholders (Engineering, Sales, Stakeholders, End-Users) Work with leadership, commercial and customers to identify key business problems to solve by diving deep to understand customer needs and pain points.
Define & track success metrics for your products Partner with Marketing to position, message, and launch products Meet with customers, partners, and attending sales events to champion and present our roadmap, product vision and strategy What will I bring? 7
years of product management experience out of which 3
years of driving product vision and strategy specializing in product-market-fit, MBA strongly desired Experience working with commercial and customers to identify key business problems to solve by diving deep to understand customer needs and pain points Proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully and on time Experience with Big Data/AI/ML/NLP-based products and languages Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, alongside proven ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams.
Advanced knowledge of all aspects of the software product development lifecycle for SaaS-based services Preferred Skills Experience in ad technology with focus on big data MS in a quantitative or analytical discipline desired SQL, Spark or data modelling language know-how Reporting & Visualization product development Prior experience with agile/incremental development approaches and cross-functional work environments At Nexxen we value our differences, varied experiences, and collective contribution.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York is $170,000 - 185,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus.
While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.

The specific programs and options available will vary depending on the state, start date, and employment type.
