In this Product Management role, you'll benefit from our heavy investment in R&D as you build and roll-out new products for the rapidly changing fintech landscape.
In order to advance the way, the world pay, banks and invests, you'll manage life-cycle planning activities for the delivery of new products and ensure changes in market and business priorities are reflected.
What you will be doing:
Manages product plan by ensuring changes in market and business priorities including integration needs and technology advancements are reflected.
Presents status updates at quarterly and annual stakeholder meetings.
Demonstrates leadership by establishing and articulating a clear vision of success and how goals and objectives will be achieved.
Prepares and presents product plans.
Identifies risks and challenges, opportunities and growth strategies, business integration needs and retirement plans.
Prepares and presents product roadmap reviews as well as providing product's general strategic direction.
What you will need:
10-15 years minimum of Banking Product Experience- Client Facing roles Worked for a US Based Bank within the last 3 years specifically in deposits.
Experience working in Operations, Sales, Banker or Customer Service within a BankAdded bonus if you have:
Commercial Deposits experienceKnowledge of financial services industry and associated products.
Product Management CertificateA bachelor's in business or marketing or the equivalent experience.

The pay range for this full-time position is $129,990.
00 - $218,380.
00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.
Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
