Job DescriptionTeam OverviewThe Publicis Groupe Growth team accelerates Groupe transformation to high-growth businesses and solutions through the development of company-wide strategies for new market entry, client development, and integration.
This team guides the Publicis Groupe vision of the Power of One the connectivity of our four solution hubs (Publicis Communications, Publicis Media, Publicis Sapient, and Publicis Health) promoting collaboration throughout the Groupe and infusing Epsilon data and technology to maximize client value.
Role OverviewAs a member of the broader Growth organization, the Sr.
Director, Groupe Media Solutions will collaborate with other product subject matter experts to up-sell and cross-sell opportunities into other Groupe solutions that may be complementary to or incremental to media sales.
This team will participate in a compensation structure that rewards achievement of both DMS, APEX, PMX and CitrusAd media products, and other Growth product targets, focused on driving holistic client and business growth.
The Sr.
Director will offer strategic guidance, tactical plan recommendations, and outstanding customer service for Publicis accounts.
You will work creatively and with a consultative approach to create customized sales solutions that address our client's goals.
ResponsibilitiesServe as Groupe Media Solutions primary contact to Publicis Groupe accounts and foster continued customer learning by agency teams and clients on the benefits owned Groupe-owned media assets.
Achieve quotas assigned by the Groupe annually across Media (primary) and team (secondary) Growth targetIdentify and employ strategies to connect and cross-sell Groupe solutions to best serve clientsDevelop/participate in QBR presentations in tandem with Growth and client leadershipIdentify relevant industry trends and client needs to inform Groupe product priorities/roadmapDevelop relationships across agency and product partners to ensure delivery and positive customer experienceCultivate a team-focused, collaborative mentality across all support teamsContribute to new business and prospecting effortsThis is an individual contributor role and will report into the Senior Vice PresidentQualifications8 years of media industry experience with emphasis in digitalBachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing or related fieldKnowledge of digital planning and buying process with an understanding of multiple vendors, different cost methods, several reporting, and delivery validationExperience discerning whether a prospect is a good fit for a product based on discovery conversations and math proficiencyAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
Compensation Range:
$115,500-$194,500.
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
