Senior Information Security Analysts
DescriptionAmerican Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc.
seeks Senior Information Security Analysts to provide analytical and technical support for issue management, project assessment, and reporting.
Support user access control and data analysis activities for monitoring and reporting purposes.
Evaluate and automate products and procedures to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Develop and debug complex code and conduct code reviews in alignment with best practices.
Engineer and develop standard data analytic service offerings to drive risk reduction across the enterprise.
Guide the verification of completeness, accuracy, and relevance of identity and access management data.
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related STEM field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with identity and access management, as well as data analysis.
Experience must include:
1 year of experience with each of the following:
User access data analysis to support monitoring and reporting; developing user stories, linking business requirements, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT); databases including Couchbase, MongoDB, MySQL, and Sybase; Natural Language Processing (NLP) Engines including Wit.

ai , SpaCy, and Botpress; ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana); and DB2, Microsoft Power BI, MS SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services, and UNIX Shell Scripts.
