Product Manager II - Integrations Experience
Datadog's platform is powered by over 750 integrations that empower users to send data from across their tech stack into Datadog for monitoring in a single pane of glass.
These integrations span a variety of tools from SaaS productivity tools to databases to on-prem hardware and the list of integration coverage continues to rapidly grow and scale with user needs.
As the Product Manager for the Integrations Experience, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of how Datadog users discover, configure, and interact with integrations to ensure that customers observability needs are being met and they are using integrations to their full potential across the entire Datadog platform.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, other product teams, and Datadog's executive team to ensure that integrations work seamlessly with Datadog's growing product suite.
What You'll Do:
Lead the development and execution of the roadmap for Datadog's Integration ExperienceDeeply understand the breadth of Datadog's product offerings and integration offerings in order to architect an experience that is flexible enough to meet all customer needs and increase integration valuePartner closely with customers, collecting their feedback on features, functionality and usabilityPartner internally with all of Datadog's product teams to understand how they leverage integrations and how users can take advantage of integrations within their productWork with a broad range of internal cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and customer success teams, to define GTM strategy and revenue opportunitiesBuild an analytical framework and detailed telemetry for tracking success, and share this progress with executives Act as a subject matter expert on integrations within Datadog, evangelizing new features across internal integration teams, and providing guidance to other product teamsWho You Are:
You have a proven track record as a product manager independently defining strategy and owning the roadmap for a technical productYou have 3
years of Product Management experience, ideally at a SaaS and/or Observability company You have strong customer empathy and the ability to communicate effectively on technical topics with nuance for different audiences, including executivesDemonstrated success in working with Design to translate complex user flows into simple and intuitive front-end experiencesYou have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
