HR Recruiter

This non-profit is seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Harlem. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, including clinical positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to supporting our mission. This role is FULLY ONSITE and can offer 55-60K with excellent benefits.

Description


  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for roles at all levels within the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for clinical and non-clinical positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions and specifications.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
  • Assist in the development of recruitment marketing materials and employer branding initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to build a pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to the Deputy of HR.

Profile


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the nonprofit or healthcare sector.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for clinical roles is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
