Cross Border Technical Writer

We are looking for a highly experienced senior technical writer to oversee the updating and refinement of Written Supervisory Procedures (WSPs) to align with the Cross Border Securities Compliance Framework. Knowledge of Cross Border activities, Written Supervisory Procedures, and policies is essential for this role.

A Wealth Management Firm known for its extensive range of financial products and services, including asset management, risk management, and advisory services.


Description


  • Align Written Supervisory Procedures and Policy enhancements with diverse initiatives.
  • Serve as a resource to Front Office and Compliance for developing WSPs.
  • Act as a liaison among RAD, Front Office, and Compliance to ensure WSPs are regularly updated.
  • Ensure WSPs and policies incorporate all cross-border initiatives, enhancing governance and controls across impacted areas like Front Office and Compliance.

Profile


  • Possess 5 to 10 years of experience as a technical writer specializing in documenting processes and procedures.
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Product Suite.
  • Essential familiarity with Cross-Border activities, Written Supervisory Procedures, and policies.
  • Preferred background in the Financial Industry with regulatory experience considered advantageous.

This position is based in NYC. All candidates applying must be local to NYC, as interviews will occur onsite.
