Client Details

Our client is a well known retail company that is looking to bring on an HR Manager to support their broader HR function. This role will be onsite 3 - 4 days a week in NYC and has a base salary of $100 - 120K.

Description

• Manage the end-to-end internal recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relation matters, including conflict resolution and performance reviews.
• Maintain benefit administration process including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, pension, and 401K.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Support the greater HR team on ad hoc projects as needed.

Profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field required.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a retail environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of current HR state laws.
