Executive Assistant
Our client, a global private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their NYC team.
This person will support one Partner, two Associates, and one Director.
The hours are 8:
30am-5:
30pm and this role is hybrid with Monday-Thursday in the office and Friday remote.
Responsibilities:
Manage busy calendars for multiple Executives and Associates Heavy scheduling across time zones for meetings and travel Book international and domestic travel including hotels, flights, and car services Process and submit expenses Assist with portfolio companies by coordinating and setting up meetings
Qualifications:
7
years of experience, ideally out financial services Confident and responsive professional who thrives in a high volume, fast paced environment Solutions oriented and outgoing individual Compensation/
Benefits:
$115K base
