Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of different applicants and contacts
- Work with hiring managers to get an understanding of each role
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Take care of all aspects of job boards: Review resumes, prescreen, conduct first round of interviews- will be managing the entire process from start to finish
Qualifications:
- Recruiting experience
- Communication skills both on paper/email and in person
- Previous recruitment and hiring experience
