General Profile :
Maintain all of Eagle's digital marketing assets and channels, including the Eagle Strategies website, intranet site, Advisor site, relationship with the Agency, and digital solution team.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns and identify how we can improve the digital user experience across all channels.
Develop Eagle's website branding guidelines.
Lead digital support of all communications and marketing campaigns, make recommendations for how best to leverage all sites, ensure all programs are easily searchable, and the site provides an effective user experience.
Own relationship with the third party web development team and meet weekly to build new pages and update content on the site.
Execute refresh of EagleStrategies.
com inclusive of content and visual while remaining within NYL brand guidelines.
On a quarterly basis provide an analytics report regarding activity across all distribution channels, draw insights from the metrics, and determine how we can improve activity and interaction with our sites.
Build website brand guidelines for use with Eagle Advisor sites.
Be the brand ambassador for the Eagle home office by maintaining all brand guidelines and ensuring home office employees are educated about the brand.
Institute industry best practices where applicable.
Functional Knowledge :
