Bachelors Degree required in a related field 2 - 4 years of related experience Strong working knowledge of Salesforce required Proficient in Mathematics or Computer Science Experience working with large data volumes to identify patterns, trends and useful information, for ther Service Organization, to facilitate better business decisions Strong knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets and good knowledge of SQL is necessary Technical Expertise :
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracy.
Business Knowledge :
Familiarity with our Life and Annuity products and a solid understanding of Service functions to understand and address our customers' needs.
Must be customer-focused with the ability to act professionally in all exchanges.
Decision Making :
Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet target deadlines by constantly prioritizing workload.
Communication Skills :
Think critically to identify trends and patterns in complex data sets, draw conclusions, and develop graphical and narrative summaries for presentation to key stakeholders.
