Management Information Business Analyst

This position will be located onsite at the client premises at 750 Seventh Avenue, NYC, N.Y. This data centric role, focusing on a dedicated global client, will be responsible for supporting a suite of business travel reporting tools and products to produce executive level presentations which will drive improved customer satisfaction. Demonstrating strong business acumen and technical skills, the candidate will support a highly visible global client. Responsibilities:
Perform data analysis and provide consultation and insight across global travel data Execute on the tasks to support the day to day management of travel business intelligence products which iBank, and client-specific reporting tools as well as Data Files and Benchmarking Create and manage report development project plans and technical documentation Assist and provide guidance to requestors on creating requirements documentation; attend conference calls with internal and external clients to provide consultation and insight report on development and MI product capabilities Proactively anticipate any project risks and issues and ensure adequate mitigation efforts are put in place to make sure overall delivery is not compromised Manage multiple projects at one time along with day to day, business-as-usual tasks Deliver technical solutions in an understandable manner to non-technical users with both oral and written communications; create and manage communications Analyze data for trends, troubleshoot and resolve issues Create, maintain and alter MS Access queries and reports in MS Access and Microsoft Excel; write SQL queries and manipulating large amounts of data
Qualifications:
Strong expertise in end to end travel processes & applications Solid (2
