IRD and Faring Specialist
Candidate will be responsible for issuing Domestic and International Tickets Prepare fare quotes involving multiple carriers for complex and lengthy International itineraries Liaison with Airline sales representatives. Monitor designated email box and GDS queues. Monitor and analyze monthly and quarterly reporting and compliance to program and make recommendations to Air program. Review and action daily air pre-trip report. Support travel counselors in securing lowest airfare within company policy Assist and consult bookers/travelers with more competitive airfares, routings, all airline alliance options on complex international airfares Processing daily voids, exchanges and partial international refunds. Responsible to assist with other team functions when necessary and cross-train within the Operations department.
