Junior Controller
Our client, a global real estate firm located in New York, NY, is seeking a Junior Controller to join their team.
This individual will be responsible for consolidating tax based financial statements and projections, performing reconciliations, and organizing quarterly management reports.
He/She will also be verifying monthly accruals, preparing variance analysis, and preparing wire transfers.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in public accounting or real estate accounting OR experience with auditing private equity/real estate clients.
