Vice President – Case Leader

Team Overview:
Founded in 2013, Consulting Americas works closely with BNPP's executive management and senior leadership to design and implement high-level, strategically important projects, and shape the development of the Bank in the region (US, Canada, and Latin America).
The team is highly collaborative internally within Consulting Americas and externally with clients across the Bank. Engagements can span multiple business lines, functions, and/or regions within various BNP Paribas entities, including, but not limited to, Bank of the West and Corporate & Institutional Banking.

You will be afforded significant autonomy at an early stage and will have the opportunity to take the lead on critical projects, working directly with senior management of the bank and defining work streams for yourself and analysts. Responsibilities:
Project Management and thought leadership
Independently support project delivery, with greater focus on managing day-to-day project activities under the direction of a Director and client stakeholders (e.g. creating presentations and content, driving stakeholder meetings)
Develop and apply strategic thinking and content knowledge to identify appropriate structures
Stimulate creative problem solving while thinking 'outside the box'
Maintain familiarity with financial services best practices and trends
Client leadership
Develop relationships with senior management across the BNP Paribas' Americas region
Effectively influence stakeholder involvement in projects
Support proposals to acquire new projects
Team leadership
Manage and motivate teams of Associates and Analysts
Maintain strong personal mentorship and guidance relationships with junior team members while ensuring distinctive delivery
Minimum required
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree
7 years of relevant experience with a top-tier management consulting firm or a relevant internal consulting / corporate strategy team, with active leadership experience
Experience in and / or significant exposure to the financial services industry required
MBA or an advanced degree from a top-tier program preferred
Demonstrated ability to take on leadership roles on critical projects while providing highest quality results to senior clients
Proven record of working with and presenting to senior management
