Business Overview:
The Intermediate Holding Company (IHC) program structured at the U.S. level across poles of activities of BNP Paribas provides guidance, supports the analysis, impact assessment and drives adjustments of the U.S. platform's operating model due to the drastic changes introduced by the Enhanced Prudential Standards (EPS) for Foreign Banking Organizations (FBOs) finalized by the Federal Reserve in February 2014, implementing Section 165 of U.S. Dodd-Frank Act.
Responsibilities:
The CCAR Business Analysts will be working within CCAR IT team.
Analyzing and designing processes and systems to support CCAR requirements.
Working with users and technology to conduct functional testing of components, Systems Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
Working very closely with members of the CCAR Capital Management Team.
Main responsibilities include:
Document high level business requirements
Conduct workshops to gather detail requirements when appropriate
Develop detailed requirements for business process, capability and technology infrastructure enhancements
Work closely with stakeholders to assess current state, perform gap analysis
Identify upstream and downstream dependencies
Plan, preparing, and executing system test phases
Socializing and obtaining approval for the requirements and prioritization of implementation plan.
Leading identification and resolution of issue / risk
Staying informed of regulatory changes to lead change management
Collaborate with counterparts in business groups, IT and PMO organizations

Minimum Qualifications;
Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems (MIS) or/and Finance/Accounting
Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role in a large and complex financial company
Strong leadership and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task and support complex issues in a mixed technology environment within a matrix organization
Excellent written, oral communication and collaboration skills
Experience in the financial services industry working on CCAR/Regulatory or Risk Management projects
Preferred
Qualifications:
SQL knowledge / proficiency is preferred
SAS Platform knowledge is a plus
