Our legal and regulatory Consultants help leading companies execute their legal, risk management, and regulatory initiatives. Our professionals combine their national law firm and in-house legal department experience to bring value-added expertise to our clients.
RGP Legal is seeking experienced paralegals to join our Tri-State practice. As a consultant with RGP Legal, you will have the opportunity to play an instrumental role in assisting clients with a variety of challenging projects.
Professional
Qualifications:
4-year Bachelor's Degree required; Paralegal Certificate a plus.
Minimum 8 years of experience, including extensive experience supporting a corporate law department.
Hands-on experience in one or more of the following: contracts management; high volume, document intensive litigation and/or regulatory investigations/exams (financial services industry experience strongly preferred); and/or general corporate matters, including corporate governance or mergers and acquisitions.
Project management experience a plus.
Experience supporting an in-house legal department required; additional large law firm experience strongly preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Detail oriented and proven ability to multi-task.
