HVAC Customer Assurance Manager

Carrier Enterprise Northeast sells Residential, Light Commercial, and Large Commercial Applied Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts and supplies through dealers. Our dealers are independent companies that sell, deliver and service Carrier products to residences and businesses in their respective markets. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a self-directed and results-oriented HVAC Customer Assurance Manager in Metro, NY.
The Customer Assurance Manager's primary role is to provide technical support to our customers' field technicians. This important area of our business supports the entire Residential, Light Commercial, and Large Commercial Applied product lines in the Carrier, Payne and Bryant families. In addition to phone support, job site visits with the deal are required to assist with problem resolution. Other duties include consumer relations, special warranty issues, and providing technical product training for our dealers. Additionally, this position will support internal customers as needed to secure sales and address post sale issues.
Successful candidates must have:
10 years of HVAC Residential and Light Commercial/Large Commercial Applied service experience
Complete understanding of refrigerant circuits and basic electric
Strong trouble shooting skills
Ability to deliver technical training
Exceptional communication and phone skills
Able to work within a team environment
Strong PC skills including the use of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Must be able to provide own transportation as some travel between locations will be required.
RSES or NATE certification credentials are preferred but not required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
