Business Overview:
Founded in 2013, Consulting Americas works closely with BNPP's executive management and senior leadership to: design and implement high-level, strategically important projects, and shape the development of the Bank in the region (US, Canada, and Latin America). The team is comprised of two rapidly growing sub-teams: CIB Consulting and Operations Consulting.
CIB Consulting works with the region's leadership on the high priority design, development, and transformation initiatives. Recent engagements have included a 5-year strategic plan for BNPP in the Americas, an enterprise risk management framework, and new market growth cases.
Operations Consulting works with the region's leadership to implement high priority business, regulatory, and operational projects. Recent engagements have included Target Operating Model design, implementation of operational changes in light of a new regulatory framework and operational transformation of key support functions within the Bank.
The teams are highly collaborative internally across Consulting Americas and externally with clients within the Bank. Engagements can span multiple business lines, functions, and/or regions within various BNP Paribas entities such as: Corporate and Institutional Banking, Investment Solutions and the US retail bank, Bank of the West.

Manage overall project delivery in terms of quality and respect of deadlines
Lead and manage presentations for management
Bring content expertise and drive resolution of complex issues
Build long-term relationships with clients
Lead proposals to acquire new projects
Manage and motivate resources at all levels

Senior-level Project Manager / Consultant with executive presence and comfort working with senior executives
10 years of experience leading large transversal projects within corporate and investment Banking
Competencies:
Strong functional expertise in one or more areas (Risk, Finance, ITO )
Deep understanding of banking regulations and operations
Manages one or two projects independently
Designs and structures the overall project
Supervises work schedules to ensure project delivery
Presents convincingly in client interactions
Writes sharp and straight-to-the-point management summaries
Ability to deliver quality results against fast-paced project deliverable deadlines
Sets high quality standards
Provides overall project presentations in high quality
Proven ability to execute complex projects with large number of dependencies
Builds legitimacy with clients while preserving independence
Solves client conflicts at management level
Provides honest and independent advice
Is seen as role model by the entire team
