What You'll Do:
Undergeneral supervision, analyzes and interprets highly complex clinical researchdata; conducts clinical testing and develops protocols. Develops work flowpolicies and procedures. Mentors, trains and reviews the work of lessexperienced clinical research staff. Oversees the clinical assessments of thestudy subjects. Assists with protocol submissions, database enhancements, andbudget preparation.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Analyzeshighly complex data gathered on clinical research studies
Interpretscomplex clinical research data
Conductsclinical testing, develops protocols and assures all protocol procedures areapproved
Preparesreports for presentation in conferences and seminars
Mentors,trains and reviews the work of less experienced clinical research staff
Developswork flow policies and procedures, prepares manuals and documents related tooperations of the function
Overseesthe clinical assessments of the study subjects including but not limited toscreening, evaluation and testing of the subjects
Overseesdata collection, processing, storage, inventory and quality control forclinical research studies
Assistsin budget preparation and negotiation
Mayprepare and ensure grant applications, IRB / GCO documents are submitted
Coordinatesprotocols and human subject approvals between various sites
Assiststhe Principal Investigator and regulatory staff in the preparation of newprotocol submissions, protocol amendments, and renewals of ongoing clinicaltrials
Mayobtain informed consent under general supervision of the Investigator(s) andeducate participants regarding study requirements
Performsother related duties

Experience:
Bachelor'sdegree in sciences or related field. Master's degree preferred
5years of clinical research Excellent written and oral communication skills
