Security Coordinator, Guest Reception

As a Security Coordinator, you'll be a member of the NBCU Global Security organization. You will be responsible for greeting employees and guests and managing access control systems and processes at NBCUniversal's corporate headquarter is 30 Rockefeller Plaza in Midtown Manhattan. You will report to the Manager, Guest Reception.
Here what you'll do in this role
Greet employees and their guests with courtesy and professionalism.
Review access permissions, manage access control and process appropriate identification in a timely manner.
Follow all processes and protocols set forth by management at all times.
Make prompt notifications to appropriate team members during unusual or emergency situations. Handle all situations in an attentive, calm and controlled manner.
Partner with organizations outside of Global Security to pull access reports, change access control, admit guests, etc.
Actively take part in training programs as directed.
Answer phones and respond to email requests courteously and professionally.Basic Qualifications

You have 1
years of experience in Security or a related field
You have experience as a security access control operator issuing guests and employee credentials
You have experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web applications
You are available and willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
You have 64
College Credits or Military Experience (honorable discharge) Active Duty/Reservist
