Manager, CRM Salesforce Systems

Manage day-to-day operational support for NBC Stations and TLMD Stations Salesforce platforms
Understand business processes and procedures supported by the Stations CRM systems, end-to-end CRM systems functionality, all and integrations between other Traffic, Sales, and DWH systems
Build effective partnerships with multiple business stakeholders and act as liaison between them and Stations CRM Technology Team
Lead a team of onshore and offshore CRM developers
Manage system enhancements and upgrades, including but not limited to Salesforce releases, native Salesforce capability rollouts, integrations, new reports, new screens, new functionality, and new interfaces
Troubleshoot and manage resolution of reported issues
Oversee and continuously improve processes for approving, prioritizing and scheduling defect/issue resolutions, enhancements, maintenance related activities, and projects
Manage execution of identified projects and initiatives, including but not limited to:
NBC and TLMD Salesforce platforms consolidation
RSNs Integration
Operational and analytical reporting and dashboarding
Lead project scoping, time and cost estimation efforts of all potential CRM projects and initiatives
Manage budget and schedule, identify risks, and resolve issues
Communicate plan, timeline, status, risks to business key stakeholders and IT Leadership
Continuously assess overall platform health status, opportunities, gaps and recommend/design overall platform strategy and roadmap
Gather, document, and gain approval of business requirements
Present/Review requirements to CRM developers and create a technical plan, design, and development timeline
Collaborate with the Salesforce platform owner as well as other CRM leaders within the entire organization
Collaborate with Business Intelligence Manager on tasks requiring DWH initiatives/fixes. Ensure proper procedures and checks are in place for the Wide Orbit, Donovan, Operative, and DWH systems integrations
Collaborate with Quality Assurance Manager for ongoing quality assurance test planning and execution
Collaborate with other Traffic and Sales System owners as required to support existing integrations
Assist with further refining Stations' sales process & technology opportunities
Perform other duties as assignedBachelor's Degree required in computer science, information systems or related field
Salesforce expertise a must (Accounts, Deals, Opportunities, Reports, etc.)
Minimum 5 years Salesforce project implementation and Technology support experience
Minimum 5 years business analysis and project management experience
Proven experience and understanding of the full system development life cycle and the dynamics of application development projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
A demonstrated track record of success in developing excellent relationships with key business partners and stakeholders
Skilled project manager with strong analytic skills and proven ability to deliver multiple, concurrent and inter-related initiatives on time and within budget
Skilled in reviewing functional and non-functional requirements and design specifications
Skilled in SDLC and project methodologies for software development
Skilled in coordinating testing, test case development and deployment plans
General experience using defect tracking and change management processes, metrics and tools
Proven experience working on production support as well as new projects
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, presentation & analysis skills with solid business acumen
