HR Manager, Field (Group-Human Resources)

JOB SUMMARY
The Regional Human Resources Manager serves as the HR business partner for the field management teams and is responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships which result in employee engagement and increased sales performance.
The Regional Human Resources Manager will provide expertise and support on a wide range of HR solutions including managing high performance teams in a high growth environment, resolving employee relations issues, identifying and addressing training and developmental opportunities and providing guidance in performance management.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Act as the key human resources business partner to the relevant field leader , diagnosing and discussing Regional and/or business unit needs, putting action plans in place to drive results and support people initiatives
Provide ongoing development and overall support to Field Managers on all aspects of organizational effectiveness to include hiring selection, employee relations, performance management and employee development
Participate in Regional meetings and conference calls to provide partnership and gain an understanding of the business needs
Effectively resolve all employee relations issues within the region in partnership with the District Managers
Collaborates with the human resources team on key initiatives and execution of HR related practices
Work in conjunction with human resources partners and leadership teams to create strategies to increase performance, drive sales and reduce regrettable turnover
Constantly assess the training needs of the Field sales teams and provide feedback to inform the direction of ongoing development
Collaborate on the development and facilitation of trainings that result in the development of our teams
Participate in market tours to evaluate current climate, employee performance and business needs
Support and provide guidance on HR processes for the field organization to include performance reviews, talent assessment and succession planning
Ensure location and company compliance with all federal and state laws and company policies
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Human Resources generalist/business partner capacity
BA/BS degree preferred
Strong employee relations experience
Previous HR experience in supporting field/retail industry preferred
Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to listen to and balance the needs of the employees and the needs of the organization
Comfort in providing pushback and feedback
Ability to work collaboratively and build positive/effective business partnerships
Ability to successfully manage change and deal with ambiguous situations
Ability to interact with all levels of management in a fast paced, high growth, changing environment
Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven project management skills and project leadership capabilities
Knowledge of federal and state regulations and compliance
