Human Resources Coordinator

OverviewAssist with the day-to-day administration of the Human Resources Department. Provides fast, accurate and courteous telephone service, and receives and directs all persons who require information pertinent to the Archcare Corporate office.
Responsibilities Responsible for entering all new hire information into the HRIS system Responsible for entering all status changes and profile changes into the HRIS in a timely manner that is set forth by the pay roll department Self-audits all documents entered into the HRIS system Meets with New Hires to complete all paper work essential to create their care member file Responsible to ensure that new care members have passed all new hire compliance process (example K-checks, and pre-employment physicals) Maintains Confidentiality of organizational and care member information Run reports for bi-weekly billing, HR Dashboards, Position Control and any requested reports Maintains a Friendly working atmosphere Maintains a professional appearance Assists with the file preparation process for regulatory surveys (NYS DOH, Joint Commission, etc.). Responsible for processing FMLA and Disability Forms, and Tuition Reimbursement request. Responsible for tracking care members out on FMLA and to maintain LOA status in the HRIS system for reporting to HR Director's All other duties as assignedQualificationsFormal Education:

Requires ability to interpret/extract information and/or perform arithmetic functions.Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
