Overview
We are looking for an effective Inventory Logistics Specialist for our warehouse.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Supervised by Warehouse Manger
Ensure warehouse cleanliness
Deliver materials to upwards of 100 different school locations throughout the greater NYC area
Accept online orders and manage teacher communication
Pack orders with accuracy
Use FedEx shipment system
Inventory data input
Receive all packages coming to the warehouse, all shipments should be unpacked the day they arrive, inventoried, and unpacked onto shelves or set aside for an event
Assemble and fix furniture purchased for programs
Inventory program materials
Stamp program materials
Support team members as needed
Qualifications
EDUCATION/
Experience:
High school diploma or generaleducation degree (GED)
PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Be able to lift furniture (storage cabinets, desks, etc.), boxes and other material over 30 lbs.
Ability to utilize tools, such as a drill, pliers, and screwdriver
Licensed and experienced driver
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Be able to pass a criminal background check

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
