What you'll do:
The HR Regulatory Coordinator assists in disseminating Mount Sinai policies and procedures, Joint Commission and other regulatory matters, to departments. This individual participates in file audits of employee records, processes I-9/E-verify documentation, generates reports, conducts audits, and assists in department training.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
1.Processes I-9 documentation and assists in the training process across the health system on appropriate methodology.
2.Coordinates file audits of employee records to ensure Human Resources and department compliance, in accordance with Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies. Generates reports as needed.
3.Provides department administrators and designees with guidance on the appropriate application of Human Resources policies and procedures.
4.Assists with document management support.
5.Liaise with relevant government agencies as needed.
6.Other duties as assigned
What you'll bring:
Education:
Bachelors degree or combination of education and applicable work experience.
Experience:
Entry experience (some experience preferred, in related human resources, regulatory and/or administrative, ideally with health care exposure).
