Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for performing administrative support and expense related activities in Planning Department. The duties include preparing daily expense report and overall administrative office needs for ACB members. Assisting manager in conducting monthly reports for expense related activities such as Actual Expense Report, Expense Budget Forecast report and others required by management for Asian Corporate Banking East. Additionally this position supports Accounts Payable by coping, giving payment instructions, submitting all invoices, verifying the processed invoices and maintaining the paid records.

Responsibilities:
General Affairs
Setting up Monday Morning Meeting with team members
Arrangement of setting phone, PC, security card, and others for new staff
Administration of Seminars and Receptions sponsored by the division
Administration of memos and calendars to be distributed to customers
Administration of mobile phone, EZ passes and company cars
Administrative tasks within Business Promotion Team of Business Planning Dept.
Prepare and maintain organization related information within the division, including Organization Chart, Seating Chart, Emergency Call Tree Provide system administration and support in identifying and resolving various technical issues
Assisting over all administrate as liaison for ACBE members
Responsible for paying all invoices, consolidating status reports and assisting with job descriptions and annual reviews
Coordinate the installation of vendor-provided updates and new releases
Ensure all invoices are cross referenced with line items
Handle budget items with Director throughout the year
Performs administrative duties in support of the Infopac report distribution software.
Maintains the database by testing, adding, deleting, and modifying data according to requests by users, or by S.O.A. support staff.
This administration takes place both in the production and the test environments.
Must be bilingual English and Japanese
3-5 years of administrative experience
Advanced knowledge of PC applications (MS Office)
Experience in the Financial Services and Banking Capital Markets industry is plus
Hands-on experience with implementation, configuration and use of System
Ability to thrive in a changing environment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
